2 Account Registration

One Person, One Account
Each person may only register one jbagee account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email, or ID will result in all associated accounts being cancelled and the relevant balances may be forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify jbagee immediately.
Transferring, selling, or sharing account credentials with any other party is strictly prohibited.
3 Age Verification
Members must be at least 18 years of age to participate on jbagee. This is a strict requirement, and any violation will result in immediate action.
At the time of registration, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. However, jbagee may request a National ID or birth registration certificate for age verification at any time.
Caution: Registering as a minor, or helping a minor register, is considered a serious violation. In such cases, the entire account balance will be forfeited.
4 Deposits & Payments
Jbagee currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Payment Processing
Successful deposits are usually credited to your jbagee wallet instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, it should be updated within 30 minutes. If it still hasn't appeared after that, please contact customer support.
All deposit transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Your payment details are never stored.
Failed or Incorrect Deposits
Jbagee is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong account or in the wrong amount. However, our support team will make every effort to assist in resolving such issues.
5 Withdrawal Policy
To withdraw from jbagee, your account must be fully verified and the withdrawal must be made through the same method used for your deposit.

- Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳50,000
- Monthly maximum withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 (higher limits available for VIP members)
Processing Time
Standard withdrawals are completed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals exceeding BDT 30,000 require mandatory KYC verification, which may take 1–2 business days.
Withdrawal Rejection
Jbagee reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests in the following cases:
- Incomplete KYC verification
- Bonus wagering requirements not met
- Suspected fraud or unusual account activity

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Gaming Rules
All games on jbagee are powered by Provably Fair technology or verified third-party software. Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be influenced by anyone.
General Game Rules

- If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded
- If your internet connection drops during a game, your bet and position will be saved in the system

Special Rules for Live Games
In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final. Game results will not be altered unless a technical error has occurred. Players who use inappropriate language or behavior during a live game may be removed from the session.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jbagee platform and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Fraud, manipulation, or system exploitation
- Bonus abuse or arbitrage
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Hacking, malware, or other technical attacks
- Harassment or deception of other members
- Registering with false or inaccurate information
- Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy
Important: If fraud is confirmed, the full balance of the account in question will be forfeited and, where necessary, the matter will be reported to law enforcement.
9 Account Closure & Suspension

Jbagee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Breach of Terms and Conditions
- Suspected fraud or dishonest activity
- KYC verification not completed
- Account inactive for an extended period (12 months)
Closed by Member
You may close your jbagee account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. To submit a closure request, contact our support team via email or live chat.
Dormant Account
An account will be marked inactive if there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (up to ৳50 per month). To reactivate your account, simply log in or contact support.
10 Responsible Gaming
